Description

For :iconskratchjams: again.

Rushed color job to meet the deadline :XD:
I'm not really satisfied with the palette, so I might upload an edit later...

Edit:  Made the adjustments to the palette, and refined everything a bit more.

And now here's some background on the character for those who are curious:

Pliki can communicate with all plant-life, and projects a constant aura that boosts the growth rate of any vegetation she is near or comes into contact with.  Non-flora individuals can feel a pleasant warmth, or butterfly-tingling sensation when in her presence – especially if they are Fae or Psychic.  The effect of the aura can change if Pliki concentrates on a certain result (such as calm, laughter, or sleepiness), but she rarely has the focus to do so.  Her aura can also change if she has a sudden burst of emotion – briefly causing others to share a portion of her grief, anger, or happiness.

Like all Fae, Pliki has a natural cloaking ability that allows her to move unseen by most organic life.  The cloak does not make her invisible, but influences others to look away from her location and therefore not see her.  Video recording devices are not affected by the cloak, but anyone monitoring the camera feed will be disinclined to observe the monitor when the cloaked Fae appears on it.  Cloaking is completely ineffective against robots or androids.

Fun Fact:
I first concepted this character back in 2000 or 2001 (partially as an excuse to draw naked ladies), and I haven't drawn her since.  Her name was originally "Kiki" I think, but I figured she was due for a complete makeover and deserved a last name.  She will be making an appearance in my new comic project, but I haven't decided how big a role she will play yet.

Honestly, does one NEED an excuse to draw naked ladies?

Smashing job, the palette is very vibrant.
